Digital Transformation Survey

Overview

This survey is part of a national initiative led by the NCFC’s Digital Transformation Strategy Task Force. The Task Force has been established to develop strategic, evidence-based recommendations to support the Cayman Islands’ digital future.

This survey asks about:

  • Your experiences using digital services and technology
  • Awareness and use of artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Trust, privacy, and how your data is protected
  • Opportunities for innovation and future economic growth

Your input will help inform recommendations across the Task Force’s three pillars:

  • Digital Trust
  • Intelligence & Transformation
  • Digital Assets & Economic Growth

This survey forms part of broader engagement activities, including community outreach, stakeholder discussions, and focus groups.

If you are unsure or do not have enough information to answer a question, please select the option that best reflects this (e.g. “I don’t know” or “Not sure”), where available. This is valuable input.

Why your views matter

Digital transformation does not happen in isolation. It affects how people, services, and systems connect across society.

Your input will provide insight into opportunities to improve access, inclusion, and digital services, and highlight challenges people may face and levels of trust and confidence in technology.

These perspectives provide a clearer view of community experiences and priorities.

How Your Information Will Be Used

This survey is administered through the Government’s Public Consultation Hub, with responses collected and stored within a secure platform.

Responses will be reviewed alongside other information gathered through the Task Force’s engagement activities.

Insights will inform the Task Force’s overall assessment, helping to identify common themes and areas for further consideration across its three pillars

What happens next

Once the survey closes, responses will be reviewed as part of the Task Force’s overall assessment.

Findings will help identify common themes, perspectives, and areas for further consideration across the Task Force’s three pillars.

The Task Force will consolidate these insights into its final report.

All responses are anonymous and reported in aggregate form.
