The Law Reform Commission of the Cayman Islands invites stakeholders, legal practitioners, and members of the public to provide feedback on issues identified in these two Consultation Papers titled

  • Common Law Forfeiture Rule: A Case for Legislative Intervention
  • Spent Convictions.

Interested persons are encouraged to review the Consultation Papers, which are available at lrc.gov.ky or may be obtained from the Offices of the Law Reform Commission.

Submissions should be forwarded no later than 27 June 2026. 

Submissions may be delivered electronically to cilawreform@gov.ky, or submitted in writing by post or by hand delivery to:
