Caymanian Employment Survey

Overview

The National Workforce Development Committee (NWDC) is conducting this survey to better understand employers' experiences in hiring and developing Caymanian talent.

The survey has been designed to gather valuable insights into:

• The availability of suitably qualified Caymanians for employment opportunities;
• Barriers to recruiting and retaining Caymanian employees;
• Internship, apprenticeship, and entry-level employment opportunities;
• Current workforce needs; and
• Opportunities to strengthen workforce development and employment outcomes.

The information collected is anonymous and the responses will be aggregated to prevent any identifying information from being determined. Participation in this survey will help inform the development of a National Workforce Development Strategy, ensuring that education, training, and employment initiatives are more closely aligned with the needs of the Cayman Islands labour market.
