Immigration (Transition) (Fees) Regulations, 2026
Overview
This consultation seeks the views of stakeholders and the public on the new fee schedule proposed in the Immigration (Transition) (Fees) Regulations, 2026.
For over 15 years, immigration application fees have remained unchanged despite significant societal, economic, and demographic developments. With a growing number of persons living in the islands, there is a corresponding increase in the demand for essential resources required to maintain and strengthen the country.
The revised fee schedule will reflect increases to certain existing fees, as well as the introduction of new fees for specific facilities and services.
Responses must be submitted via email by the end of day on 5 March 2026, to ImmigrationConsultation@gov.ky
