Digital Transformation Survey for Businesses
Overview
This survey is part of a national initiative led by the NCFC’s Digital Transformation Strategy Task Force. The Task Force has been established to develop strategic, evidence-based recommendations to support the Cayman Islands’ digital future, strengthening alignment between government and the private sector.
This survey asks about:
- How your business uses digital tools and technology today
- Adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies
- Cybersecurity, trust, and data protection
- Opportunities for innovation, digital finance, and business growth
Your input will help inform recommendations across the Task Force’s three pillars:
- Digital Trust
- Intelligence & Transformation
- Digital Assets & Economic Growth
This survey forms part of broader engagement activities, including stakeholder discussions and industry input.
If you are unsure or do not have enough information to answer a question, please select the option that best reflects this (e.g. “I don’t know” or “Not sure”), where available. This is valuable input.
Why your views matter
Digital transformation does not happen in isolation. It depends on collaboration between businesses, government, and the wider ecosystem.
Your input will provide insight into opportunities to strengthen competitiveness, productivity, and the use of emerging technologies, and highlight barriers that may affect digital adoption and innovation.
These perspectives provide a clearer view of the business environment and areas for further consideration.
How Your Information Will Be Used
This survey is administered through the Government’s Public Consultation Hub, with responses collected and stored within a secure platform.
Responses will be reviewed alongside other information gathered through the Task Force’s engagement activities.
Insights will inform the Task Force’s overall assessment, helping to identify common themes and areas for further consideration across its three pillars.
All responses are anonymous and reported in aggregate form.
What happens next
Once the survey closes, responses will be reviewed as part of the Task Force’s overall assessment.
Findings will help identify common themes, perspectives, and areas for further consideration across the Task Force’s three pillars.
The Task Force will consolidate these insights into its final report.
